All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

Facebook Contest Official Rules, Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility. Facebook Contest (the “Promotion”) is open to persons residing within 90 miles of the Pantagraph offices who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Directors, officers, employees and members of employees’ households and immediate family (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses), of Lee Enterprises, Pantagraph Publishing Co. and the Promotional Participants, are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

2. Agreement To Official Rules. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Pantagraph Publishing Co., which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest. Failure to comply with the official rules will result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of any prize or right to any prize.

3. Method of Entry. The Promotion will be run between July 9, 2012 at midnight to July 15 at 11:59:59 p.m. To enter the Promotion, complete an online entry forms which will be available between July 9, 2012 at midnight to July 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. at www.pantagraph.com/contest or www.facebook.com/pantagraph. An alternative method of entry is to hand-deliver or to mail to The Pantagraph, 301 W. Washington St., P.O. Box 2907, Bloomington, IL 61702-2907, an entry consisting of a 3x5 white note card with the following information handwritten on the card: full name of entrant, date, and contact information including street address of entrant, telephone number, date, and signature of entrant. ALL entry forms must be received by midnight July 9, 2012 either by mail, online or in person. Late entries will be disqualified. Only one (1) entry per household is permitted. No exceptions will be made. Only entries with complete, accurate and legible information will be considered eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of Pantagraph Publishing Co. and will not be returned to the entrant.

4. General Conditions. Pantagraph Publishing Co., Lee Enterprises, UPICKEM, Inc. and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or mutilated entries, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer transmissions. In the event of a dispute regarding an online entries, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Pantagraph Publishing Co., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Pantagraph Publishing Co. Pantagraph Publishing Co. further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. 7. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

8. Selection of Winner. The prize winner will be determined on the basis of a random drawing. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by Pantagraph Publishing Co. or its designated agent whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the drawing. The winner will be notified by mail, phone and/or e-mail no later thane one day following the end of this promotion. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within one day from the date Pantagraph Publishing Co. first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the "winner" of the Promotion. If Pantagraph Publishing Co. cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

9. Conditions of Acceptance of Prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes the consent of any winner, without further compensation, to use the name and likeness of such winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by Pantagraph Publishing Co. and/or others authorized by Pantagraph Publishing Co. Acceptance of a prize constitutes a release by any winner of the Sponsor Entities of any and all Claims in connection with the administration of this Promotion and the use, misuse, or possession of any prize. . Acceptance of the prize constitutes any acceptance of any such risk or delay or increased costs in excess of the published prizes.
