Photos can be submitted between Friday, May 29th and Wednesday, June 17th, 2015. A user can submit more than one photo in the contest, but you cannot feature the same person in more than one submission.
Voting will be open from Friday, May 29th to Wednesday, June 17th, 2015. Each user receives 10 votes per day. Voting is FREE for all participants! Winners will be determined by popular vote. The Pantagraph reserves the right to determine the winner, and the decision of the Pantagraph is final and not subject to appeal.
